Not to be mean, but I can already see why it wasn’t published. For one thing, the story seems forced and improbable, as well as cheesy. Also, and I’m only trying to be helpful here, the artwork is a bit amateurish. It never gets the readers to a state of Willing Suspension of Disbelief. If you go to TVTropes.org, you can find out more tropes to help you if you want to try again in the industry of manga. Also, and I’m only trying to be helpful, I think you should try practicing drawing more. Many webcomic artists I know of tend to draw constantly, improving their skills over time. My favorite is N. G. Huff, who draws Emergency Exit. His first drafts of the original strips are roughly middle school level, but his current level is roughly that of a pro. Also, he will be In Japan for 2 months for an intensive language program. Check his comic out at eecomics.net.
